What sort of Hair Care Appointments are available?
In short, everything, Hair Cut, Styling, Colour, Highlights, Barbering anything you, your family or friends require, we'll have it listed.
How many appointments may I book?
There's no limit, you can book as many as you like.
We always recommend to book in advance for your favourite stylist, similar to booking in advance for your favourite restaurant.
How do I book an appointment?
Browse Stylist profiles to find your favourite, the hair care service you desire and request the ideal time and date thats suits you. The stylist will then either offer another time if unavailable, or accept ' once you've both agreed on the appointment, simply click 'Book' and follow the easy steps.
What's your cancellation policy?
If you are unable to attend an appointment you've booked and
wish to cancel, send a cancellation notification from the AirStylist App to the chosen stylist at least 24-hours before the appointment.
What if I don't attend an appointment I've booked?
If you have not cancelled on the App at least 24-hours
before the appointment, you will be charged for the full service appointment fee.
Is my payment secure?
All payments are secured and processed by Stripe.
AirStylist will not hold onto any of your payment details.
We guarantee all of our customers a safe transaction when using Stripe.
